Seminario DAS: Gemini Observatory: Current status and future directions

Abstract: After twenty years of Gemini South, we reflect on the advancements made here in science and instrumentation, while also describing the upcoming suite of Gemini instruments- focussing on the new optical echelle spectrograph GHOST.
We conclude by discussing its future amongst the next generation of telescopes.
